Rewind Therapy is a safe, structured technique designed to help reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories, without needing to relive or talk through the experience in detail.

Support without having to revisit everything

Rewind Therapy is often used to support people experiencing symptoms of trauma or post-traumatic stress.

Unlike some traditional approaches, it does not require you to describe your experience in detail or relive painful memories.

Instead, it works by helping your mind safely process and “file away” distressing memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or intrusive.

This can help reduce symptoms such as flashbacks, anxiety, and emotional distress linked to past experiences.
