I’m a qualified counsellor and ADHD coach, passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe in creating a safe space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work towards the life you want.

I began my career as a builder, but an eye condition forced me to reevaluate my path and focus on what I'm truly passionate about: helping people. This led me to study counselling, a decision that transformed my life and allowed me to support others in meaningful ways.
Originally trained in psychodynamic counselling, I expanded my expertise by exploring various therapeutic approaches. I attained a diploma in Integrative Counselling, which enables me to use a range of techniques tailored to my clients' unique needs. Whether it's psychodynamic, person-centred, solution-focused, or cognitive behavioural therapy.
I adapt my approach to best support each individual.
Over the years, I have developed a relational and supportive style of counselling. This approach helps clients navigate life's challenges and develop greater self-awareness. My work with drug and alcohol services and a mental health organisation has deepened my understanding of the struggles people face daily, enriching my ability to offer compassionate and effective support.
In 2020, just before the lockdown, I joined the Keysteps Wellbeing Services team in Harley Street. This role allowed me to work alongside counsellors, psychologists, and psychiatrists, offering a holistic approach to mental health and addiction issues. The knowledge and experience gained here have been invaluable in shaping my private practice, where I continue to support my clients regularly.
I take immense pride in my work and find great joy in helping individuals and couples overcome their challenges.
Additionally, I specialise in ADHD coaching, having undertaken extensive training and qualifications in this area. My goal is to provide the support and strategies necessary for clients with ADHD to thrive.
Every day, I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, guiding them toward personal growth and mental wellbeing.
